You will be picked at your preferred location and arrive in time for lunch in Arusha just after 1230 hrs. The drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park takes about 4 hours. After having a picnic lunch in Manyara, you start a late afternoon game drive, which is the best time to view animals in this park.
When you approach it from the east, the Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon forming an impressive backdrop to the lake. In the tall trees of the ground water forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, and on the escarpment, elephants stand in the shade. Other animals frequently seen are zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and others.

The drive to Serengeti National Park via Oldupai Gorge takes 3 to 4 hours. Olduvai Gorge is an archaeological site located in the eastern Serengeti plains, in which early human fossils were first discovered. It has an amazing landscape that resulted from the same tectonic forces that created the Great Rift Valley millions of years ago.

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive on the endless plains of the Serengeti for the chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle or a pride of lion lounging in the shade. With a picnic lunch beside you, take your leisure while exploring this world heritage site, where earths largest concentration of plain game still roams free. Northern Serengeti is unspoiled and area stretches from the Lobo Hills southwards to Seronera.

After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for game drives. Descend 2000 feet to the floor of the crater for a day crater tour with picnic lunches. Explore the forest areas inhabited by monkey and elephant, the lake area with the opportunity to see flamingo and other bird species, and the savannah where predators like the lion and cheetah are always on the hunt.

After breakfast, spend a full day at Ngorongoro Crater where you will get the chance to tour Ndutu, which forms a part of the route for the annual migration of more than 2 million wildebeests and thousands of zebra, antelope and gazelle through the Serengeti.

After breakfast, enjoy an early morning game drive as you depart to Arusha for your departure flight.
