Kilimanjaro Special Safari
Met by our representative/Tour driver Guide for a short briefing and departs southwards to Amboseli National Park famous for it's spectacular view of the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather/time permitting). Arrive at Kibo Safari camp at around time for lunch and check in for the day. At 1600hrs proceed for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Camp/Lodge. Amboseli, is one of Kenya's most popular national parks. It lies 150 miles south-east of Nairobi, very close to the Tanzania border. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro being one of the free standing mountain in the world rising above the clouds dominates every aspect of Amboseli.
At 0645hrs proceed for a game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its large herds of free-ranging African elephants. There are hundreds African elephants in Amboseli that comes through in the plains and marshes of the Amboseli National Park to feed on the green pastures, as well as huge herds of wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, gazelles, warthogs and many other animals including giraffes, lions, cheetahs, monkeys, and hyenas. Come back at around 11am back to the camp, relax and lunch at the camp. Proceed for another game as from 1545 hrs till 0630 hrs. Overnight at the Camp/Lodge.
Early game drive at 6.30 am and later proceed for breakfast and check out later. Drive back to Nairobi for lunch at the carnivore restaurant.The Carnivore is justifiably referred to as Africa’s Greatest Eating Experience. Twice voted amongst the world’s 50 best restaurants by UK based Restaurant magazine, the Carnivore is an amazing open-air meat specialty restaurant that has strikingly different food service and atmosphere to any other restaurant in Kenya. Whole joints of meat - legs of lamb and pork, haunches of exotic meat, rumps of beef, racks of lamb, spare ribs, sausages, chicken wings, skewered kidneys, even crocodile, and other tasty morsels - are roasted on traditional Masai swords over a huge, visually spectacular charcoal pit that dominates the entrance of the restaurant After lunch drop off at your preferred location in Nairobi.
